One child needs an annual update. One child needs current medical exam. Three children need updated lead screening test. One child is missing page 6 of the enrollment forms. Check all written parent permission forms to say specific places when leaving such as walks in the neighborhood.

The FCC program has a partial fence in the back yard. This fence doesn't come all the way to the ground. There are spots that have gaps between 6-10 inches that could be inviting for a child to go under.
Outdoor Playspace - Hazards
First aid kit was missing emergency forms at the time of the visit.
Children’s records were well organized. Two children need updated lead screenings. All the children need to have permission to walk to the park in their files.

Educator needs to have written plans as to what she would do in the event that a child goes missing and if she needed to shelter in place These plans need to be given to parents.
There was some dog feces in the play area that needs to be removed.
