At the time of the visit, in a review of two students IHCPs the documentation was not fully complete. Both students were missing parent signatures on their EEC IHCPs. Student B was diagnosed with two conditions. One of their IHCPs was expired. The other IHCP was missing documentation of their diagnosed condition. The licensee must maintain as part of a child's record, an individual health care plan for each child with a chronic medical condition, which has been diagnosed by a licensed health care practitioner. The plan must describe the chronic condition, its symptoms, any medical treatment that may be necessary while the child is in care, the potential side effects of that treatment, and the potential consequences to the child's health if the treatment is not administered.

Educators did not have evidence of bi-monthly staff observations. The program must maintain a personnel record for each staff member as outlined by the staff record checklist.

At the time of the visit, in a review of the programs emergency drill log, the documentation was not fully complete. Documentation of the October 2025 drill was missing. The educator must hold practice evacuation drills with all groups of children and all educators from each floor level of the approved space at least monthly. Drills must be held during different times of the program day, and must use alternative exits. The educator must document the date, time, exit route used, number of children evacuated and effectiveness of each drill.

At the time of the visit, in a review of two students IHCPs and the corresponding medication consent documentation, the medication consent documentation was not fully complete. Both students did not have their medication consent documentation signed or dated by their parent. Student A was prescribed two medications, both of their medication consent documents were missing name/phone number of prescribing practitioner. One was missing the dates for the medication to be given, the potential side effects and directions for storage. Student B was diagnosed with two health conditions. Both of Student B's medication consent documents were missing the directions for storage. One was missing documentation on if they had taken the medication before, the dates for the medication to be provided, the times the medication was to be provided and the reason for the medication. All medications must be accompanied by written parental consent and healthcare practitioner authorization when required, including proper administration of medication.
