Records were reviewed for the nine children present on the day of the visit. Several of the children needed Annual Update forms. Five of the children needed proof of current medical documentation.
The progress reports were not current for all of the enrolled children. There was evidence that the Educator was working on the progress reports when Licensor arrived.
Two children did not have their allergies posted on the list.
There was an [REDACTED] sleeping with a blanket in the pack-n-play. [REDACTED] was wearing a sleep sack, but there was a small blanket near [REDACTED] head. There was also a larger blanket draped over the side of the porta crib.
