Ratio for one yr olds is 1:5. 5/27/26- Preschool 1 had 9 three yr olds, 5 four yr olds and 1 yr old. with 1 caregiver- 1:15 ratio. Ratio for 3 yr olds is 1:11. 5/22/26 and 5/26/26- Infant classroom had 1 caregiver and 6 infants. ratio for infants is 1:5.

Director was unable to produce past two weeks of attendance sheets for review. Attendance sheets missing children's ages and departure times.
