The fence needs fixed in several spots. The bottom is coming up quite a bit on the wire fencing and children could get caught, hurt, or escape in places.

At time of visit, there was only 1 staff member present with 12 children. 1 under 16 months. 4 others under 3 years old. Ratio should be 10:1.
The fence in the backyard needs repair. There are several spots where the metal wired fence is coming up and the children could get hurt on the fence and could also get out there.
Upon arrival provider was on the porch which children were eating lunch. They were left unattended for a period of time.
No documentation of a TB test on file for either staff for this year.
