In the nap room there are Lysol wipes on top of the changing table cabinet and 3 diaper creams in the top plastic drawer labeled “keep out of reach of children” accessible to children which is unsafe. Gym has multiple holes in the wall behind the bleachers which is unsanitary. Send documentation to consultant.
