Main room contains folding tables propped up against wall. And Stacked chairs both are considered tipping hazards. Media sound center unlocked contained numerous electrical cords. Toddler/2's room paint was chipping by windows.

This facility was identified as a Nontransient Noncommunity water system back in Fall of 2023. They have missed much of the sampling and are not in compliant with water testing. Testing has not included copper, lead, IOC and VOC. Program has over 25 children participating. Program must submit testing to IDEM by 4/12/24. Please send confirmation to consultant.
