The children files are organized by familes, however on one the enrollment packets, only one child name is listed from a family of five. A different family file has only two of the three children with an enrollment packet. All children names must be included and listed.
One staff need current first aid on file. Two staff need current Universal Precautions on file.
On top of the dryer within reach of the children is bleach. Items that say "keep out of the reach of children", must be under lock and key or physically out of the reach of the tallest child enrolled.
Staff files need a signed agreement stating they have been trained in fire safety, confidentality, licensing, and reporting child neglect and abuse.
Two staff not present need safe sleep 1 & 2 completed and have documentation on file.
One staff not present needs a current TB on file.
