Self-report by director on 3/27/26- Video footage shows 1 two year old left on the playground for 38 minutes unsupervised by a responsible caregiver. The older twos classroom did not have the proper number of qualified caregivers directly caring for the number of children in the classroom. Caregiver was observed in video leaving the classroom backdoor to go outside to playground, leaving 3 children unsupervised. Caregiver was observed in video leaving the classroom to go out the gathering area, leaving 3 children unsupervised. Director reported both caregivers terminated on 3/30/26.
