Unless the provider is a parent, stepparent, quardian, custodian, or other relative to each child in the care of the provider, the individual annually must recieve at least twelve (12) hours of continuing education approved by the division and related to the age appropriate education development, care, and safety of children.
Food in the freezer that had been opened was labelled with date but missing the label of what it is which is improper food storage.
At time of inspection, all childrens bags and coats are hanging off hooks that are close together, not allowing them to stay separate.
