Each childcare provider, household member, employee, volunteer caregiver shall submit fingerprints for a national criminal history background check by the FBI or each childcare provider has local criminal check with documentation that national check is applied for.

In infant room there was an infant asleep in a crib with a bib around its neck. Consultant pointed it out to the teacher who immediately removed the bib. Even though the teacher removed the bib, this is still a safe sleep violation.
