Storage. Containers and packages of food, cleaned and sanitized utensils, equipment, and single-service articles shall be stored at least six (6) inches above the floor in a clean, dry location in such a way that protects them from contamination, cleaning compounds, and toxic or hazardous materials. This does not apply to cased food packaged in waterproof containers
At the time of inpsection there was a container of watermelon, a container of fruit cocktail and a bag of bacon not labeled with the date in the fridge.
