At the time of inspection, neither bathroom had paper towels in the dispensers.

Upon consultant arrival a hazardous item, teachers purse, was seen on a low shelf in the PreK room accessible to children.
Each childcare provider, employee, or volunteer, caregiver shall have current certification in pediatric First Aid.
Each child has age appropriate immunizations including Varicella and Pneumococcal vaccines. Documentation includes: -Attendance records of all children in attendance. Immunization records for each child (includes month, day and year given for each immunization and childs birth date).
Unless the provider is a parent, stepparent, quardian, custodian, or other relative to each child in the care of the provider, the individual annually must recieve at least twelve (12) hours of continuing education approved by the division and related to the age appropriate education development, care, and safety of children.

Several items in the kitchen were found to not be labeled with contents and date of opening: green beans, cheese, cheerios and crackers in the fridge; container of peanuts, animal crackers, bulk crackers, and rice. Canned goods are not being stored at least 6 inches off the ground.

In the Teal room there was a container of Aquaphor in the pocket of the bathroom door storage unit. The ceiling in the Teal room has a large crack. The PreK room wall heater is not covered to avoid children touching the hot surface. Infant room has peeling paint.
At the time of inspection there was a mop and mop bucket in the tub in the toddler room bathroom. Sink in the bathroom of the Teal room is not sealed to the wall.
