At time of visit, toddler classroom hot faucet had no water. Threes bathroom sink read 70 degrees. Water temperature needs to be between 100-120 degrees.
In the toddler classroom, consultant observed 10 sippy cups of milk being stored on top of paper towel dispenser. Infant refrigerator read 60 degrees and all infant bottles and food was warm to touch. Black refrigerator in the kitchen read over 40 degrees and items were room temperature.
Center was unable to produce menus from the last month along with current menu.
Signage is posted on infant and toddler classrooms restricting access into the classrooms.
Licensee did not corporate with the division in regards in returning the requested documentation for the plan of improvement that was issued to the licensee on 4/18/24.

At time of visit, consultant took temperature of taco meat at 90 degrees. hot food was being served cold. Hot foods should be maintained at temperatures not lower than 140 degrees F.
At time of visit, in the Toddler room, consultant observed toddlers sitting at table before lunch was brought into the classroom.
