Sanitation Standards
Bathroom in the hallway has bottle trim pulling away from the wall with drywall exposed. All items in bathroom must be sanitizable.
Unless the provider is a parent, stepparent, quardian, custodian, or other relative to each child in the care of the provider, the individual annually must recieve at least twelve (12) hours of continuing education approved by the division and related to the age appropriate education development, care, and safety of children.
Butler Room: Large glass window as a large crack across the bottom of the glass. Note Dame room: The corner of the room has corner shield pulling away from wall and drywall is exposed. The program has several ceiling tiles with water marks throughout the building. IU room: ( 4 & 5 ) has one ceiling tile in the corner by the double doors, with a large watermark with black mold growing. A tile above the sink in classroom has mold starting to grow.
