An applicant shall, at no expense to the state, submit: (1) the necessary information, forms, or consents; and (2) the applicant fingerprints; for a national criminal history background check by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Director does have current fingerprint receipt dated for 10/11/23 for one caregiver presently working with children but has not submitted receipt to the states qualification department.
