All new staff files were unable to be located during inspection. Need all new staff to have drug tests on file and on premises.

There is an exit in the back of the building that is blocked by the trash can and when I opened it there were some things being stored on the stairway that blocked the exit. This could slow the process of exiting in the case of a fire causing hazards.
No lid on trash can in the kitchen area
Both fire alarms were chirping during the inspection. They need new batteries.
There were items that said keep out of reach of children that were accessible to children. On shelf near kitchen was hand santitizer. Near diaper changing area was cleaning wipes and diaper creams.
