The licensee shall ensure that no conditions exist in the home or on the grounds where child care services are provided that would endanger the health, safety, or welfare of the children
Large overhead garage door missing from garage and laying in driveway at time of visit. Door handle on screen back door broken at time of visit. Weeds/grass too tall for children in fenced play yard and on premises at time of visit. Large tree branches/sticks accessible to children in fenced play yard and on premisies at time of visit.
