Storage. Containers and packages of food, cleaned and sanitized utensils, equipment, and single-service articles shall be stored at least six (6) inches above the floor in a clean, dry location in such a way that protects them from contamination, cleaning compounds, and toxic or hazardous materials. This does not apply to cased food packaged in waterproof containers
In the kitchen there was 3 bags/boxes of cereal, 2 bags of chips, open container of goldfish crackers and 2 tubs of cheese balls not dated with the date of opening.
