In the Ladybug room in an unlocked cabinet consultant observed teacher personal bags within reach of children. In the school age room, consultant observed a bottle of cleaning solution on the table. In the school age bathroom, a bottle of hand sanitizer.

All sinks throughout the facility seals are cracked and pulling away from the wall or sink basin not sealed to counter. In the main hallway yellow bathroom, the middle stall had fecal matter on the floor.
At time of inspection on 10/30/2024 drug test was requested of applicant. To date, test results have not been produces.
