During the time of my visit, Cindy had taken a 9th under school-age child for the day, putting her over the allowable limit by one child. Cindy needs to stay within allowable number limits at all times. Several of Cindy's children will be changing to part-time during the summer which will help to prevent any over numbers problems. No re-check is required at Cindy's operation at this time. Cindy's numbers will be monitored during all future visits. 470-5431 (Rev. 8/17) 1305 E.
