Following the recent painting of your apartment, you need to re-post the "No-Smoking" signs and Emergency/Disaster plan and map next to your front and back door.
You need to develop an Emergency Preparedness Plan to have on file. I encourage you to work with Heather Sheesley from Child Care Resource and Referral on this project.
You need to obtain a current health statement for yourself and all members of your household to have on file. You, Sofia, Abdirizak, and Abdifatah need to use the State form you have copies of for this. Ikran simply needs a physical and immunization sheet that can be shared from your clinic.
