Inspection of facility, activities, records, staff CCL worker is unable to conduct a licensing visit due to classroom repairs. HCAP Wahiawa Pre-plus does not have children in care at this time. Staff and children will return to the classroom on December 1, 2024.<br/>
Inspection of facility, activities, records, staff Worker is issuing a Provisional license for the period: August 20, 2024 to November 30, 2024 due to staff and children transferring to Wahiawa UMC II. Worker received an email from Assistant Director on August 19, 2024 stating that there was a water heater that was leaking and that the leak may have gone in the walls and needs to be repaired.<br/> <br/> 11/18/2024 - Worker issued another Provisional License due to children and staff not returning until December 1, 2024.<br/>
