Inspection of facility, activities, records, household members, staff On October 20, 2025, the worker made an unannounced visit to Lacey Yamane's child care home. At the time, the providers home was closed for child care and there were no children in care. A licensing visit must be conducted while children are in care.<br/>
Caregivers complete 16 hours of training in at least two of the department-approved topic areas within twelve months of the initial training and annually thereafter Mrs. Yamane has expired Health & Safety trainings.<br/>
