Written evidence of fire warning device inspected initially and annually by fire inspector. report dated: No fire extinguisher in childcare area or in classroom 103.<br/>
All caregivers meet qualifications One staff member does not have the current required training hours. One staff member is not in registry with PATCH, and one staff member DHS qualifications had expired.<br/>
Staff-child ratio The preschool is currently licensed for 67 children, ages 2 years old to 6 years old. On June 9, 2025, this worker observed the following groups of children and staff, meeting the staff-child ratio requirements:<br/> <br/> Room 101 Tigers (3-4 year old) 1 Teacher and 1 Aide with 8 children present at the time of visit. 12 children enrolled.<br/> Room 102 Rainbows (4-5 year old) 1 Substitute with 8 children present at the time of visit and 8 children enrolled.<br/> Room 103 Falcons (3 year old) 1 Teacher and 1 Aide with 9 children present at the time of visit and 11 children enrolled.<br/> Room 104 Busy Bee's (2 year old) 2 Aides with 7 children present at the time of visit and 10 children enrolled.<br/> Room 105 Pineapple (5 year old) 1 Teacher with 14 children present at the time of visit and 14 children enrolled.<br/>
