Caregivers shall complete at least 16 hours of ongoing training in at least 2 of the department approved topic areas XXXXX's annual health and safety training period expired on 01/02/2026. Currently, she has 10.25 out of 16 hours credited. The Worker received an email from XXXXX on 01/02/26 confirming that XXXXX training certificates were submitted to PATCH on 11/24/25.<br/> <br/> <b>As such, once the hours have been updated in the system and no other staff have expired health and safety training periods, this deficiency will be satisfied.</b><br/> <br/> Additionally, XXXXX health and safety training period will be expiring soon. Currently, he has 8.75 out of 16 hours credited and his training period will expire on 02/08/26. In the same email from 01/02/26, XXXXX confirmed that XXXXX certificates were submitted to PATCH on 11/18/25. As a courtesy reminder, please ensure that all 16 hours of health and safety training certificates are submitted to PATCH around 2 months prior to each employee's training expiration date to avoid additional deficiencies. PATCH is currently estimating 6 weeks to process on-going training certificates.<br/>
