Inspection of facility, activities, records, staff All providers shall comply with the newly adopted Licensing of Group Child Care Centers Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) effective December 31, 2024. Please note the following:<br/> <br/> <br/> HAR §17-892.2-35 (e) Staff training: Each caregiver shall complete on-going (Health & Safety) training within twelve months from the date the initial training was received and recorded by the department, and annually thereafter.<br/> <br/> -Please submit the on-going Health & Safety trainings to PATCH for XXXXX.<br/> <br/> <br/> <b>Note: Failure to complete the required training by July 31, 2025 will result in the employee being excluded from providing child care until they complete the required training. This means, they cannot be counted in the staff-child ratio which may affect your license.</b><br/>
