Inspection of facility, activities, records, staff All providers shall comply with the newly adopted Licensing of Group Child Care Centers Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) effective December 31, 2024. Please note the following:<br/> <br/> <br/> <b>HAR §17-892.2-35 (e) Staff training: Each caregiver shall complete on-going (Health & Safety) training within twelve months from the date the initial training was received and recorded by the department, and annually thereafter.</b><br/> <br/> Please submit the on-going Health & Safety trainings to PATCH for XXXXX.<br/> <br/> <br/> <b>Note: Failure to complete the required training will result in the employees being excluded from providing child care until they complete the required training. If you don't have enough staff due to this, this will affect your license. Please have them complete the training immediately.</b><br/>
