Protective measures under outdoor play equipment The worker inspected the outdoor play area. There was a stack of leaves beneath the swing and stack of leaves accumulating underneath the play tables.<br/>
Health record on each child Two children did not have immunization record and TB assessment on file<br/>

Protective measures under outdoor play equipment Play has enough shade from the large trees. Worker observed that there were several branches about a foot long or larger scattered on the playground and the children were barefoot. Worker informed the director that children might step on the branches and could be hazardous. Worker informed director, children might play with the branches and due to sharp edges may get hurt. Director verbalized his understanding.<br/>
Child care area clean and comfortable The worker inspected the child care classrooms and found the indoor area clean and organized. Both of the classrooms have two air conditioners in each classrooms and the classroom doors were left open which kept the classrooms at a comfortable temperature.<br/> <br/> The worker inspected the outdoor playground which had several sharp tree branches at least a foot long and some of the children were barefoot.<br/>
Staff provides supervision at all times During the field visit, the worker was observing the children in the play area. The director had 12 children on the stage area and they were playing a game. The worker observed 4 other children in the playhouse hiding. Informed the director that children will need to be within sight and sound, and supervised at all times. Director verbalized his understanding and had all the children sit at the stage area.<br/>
