Remove soft bedding, bumper pads, and other objects from the crib or playpen At the time of field visit, a nine month old child was sleeping in the playpen and the worker observed a child's short and an adult piece of clothing in the playpen. Worker explained to the provider that there should not be any other objects in playpen. Provider verbalized her understanding and removed the two pieces of clothing in the playpen. The worker did not observe soft bedding, and bumper pads in the playpen.<br/>
