During a Licensing Study conducted on July 20, 2022 ; It was determined, based on observation, that the lattice covering the space under the building was observed to be loose and unattached between the stairs and ramp leading from the building to the left playground on this date.

It was further determined that the stairs and stair railing leading to the left playground were not secured on this date.
