Observed VPK classroom the staff bag located along the side of the file cabinet is accessible to the children in care. The Staff removed during the time of Inspection. Observed in the VPK room there is staff restroom located in the classroom. The staff restroom door was left open which gave access to staff purse located on the stand. The staff removed during the time of inspection
Observed 18 children with 2 staff in the 4yr old classroom, exceeding the maximum ratio of 17 children for 2 staff. Correction was made the staff removed the student and placed the student in another classroom. The Room capacity posted shows 17
