Area's around the window's and doors in both building were observed to have loose seals not in good repair. There a floor board in the school age class rooms lifting up creating a tripping hazard. TA provided: The first building was observed to have the tin/metal/silver trim lifting up. A onsite inspection will be conducted to verify compliance by 08/11/2023
