The provider advised that recently in the beginning of the month when we experience bad weather the shade was damaged and ripped by the winds. The provider replied that the specific store they use for supplies has limited hours of operation and she has not done it yet. The hand washing sink in the kitchen was tilted and needs to be secured upright in place, it is allowing water to gather inside the bowl of the sink and stain the sterling silver, the sink was able to move back and forth.
