The staff members stated that they did a face to name recognition roll call to make sure every child was present, however, they never did a physical inspection or visual sweep of the vehicle after the children exited the vehicle. This resulted in a child being left on the vehicle. This was resolved when the child was brought back to the facility by the contracted driver
