At the time of the inspection, the licensing Specialist observed the staff restroom in the hall was unlocked and had sanitizing spray on the sink counter and in the unlocked cabinet below the sink. There was Lysol toilet cleaner, disinfecting spray and pine sol accessible to children. TA was provided to put a lock on the outside door or store all cleaning supplies and sprays under the sink and put a lock on the cabinet.
