At the time of inspection, the counselor observed the outdoor playground fencing less than 4 ft minimum in two areas on the playground. Both fencing on the sides of the fence neighboring the neighbors homes on both side measured to 3 ft 9 and a half inches and 3 ft 5 inches not meeting the required 4 ft. The operator advised that the home is on a slant and the fence digs deeper when it rains heavily. The counselor advised the operator that the fence needs to be dug out and raised to meet the 4 ft minimum. TA was provided to ensure that the fence meets the required height by the due date

At the time of inspection, the counselor observed the diapering area not impermeable. The provider is using a plastic mat to change children in care and the mat was torn on the sides exposing the foam cushion causing it not to be impermeable. TA was provided to ensure that the operator has a diapering area that is impermeable with no tears observed by the due date
