Supervision
At the time of inspection, inadequate supervision was observed when the 1-2s room teacher left the children in the classroom unattended to answer the front door. The 3s room teacher left the children in the classroom unattended multiple times to retrieve supplies from the storage area outside of the classroom and to speak with another teacher in the front classroom. Technical Assistance was provided for Ratios of Personnel to Children Group. The following ratios were observed: 1-2s 1:6, 3-4s 1:8, & VPK 1:10
