The inspection of the facility was from 08/14 to 08/15 of 2025. However, on 8/14 the child safety alarm did not go off on several occasions during demonstration. Observed the following attendance records not in real time. Discovery - 4 yrs old room had 17 children present and 16 signed in. Bumblebees - 3 yrs old room had 10 children present and 9 signed in.
