Ensure that Child #5 uses a crib/pack-and-play for sleep periods. If a positioning device is required (as per the parent), then a doctor's note from the child's pediatrician is needed. Send a picture of the crib/pack and play to OCCL ASAP!
Ensure that all Child Files are complete. Child #1, 2, 6, 7 need updated Health Appraisals and Immunization Records. Child #1 needs Blood Lead Screener value.
