On March 7, 2022, the Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint regarding concerns about transportation safety and lack of supervision of the children. At the conclusion of an investigation conducted on April 5, 2022, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint, but concerns were noted. Staff #1 and Mr. Adams stated children have sat in the front seat of the van, they stated they were children that met the age and/or weight requirement to do so. Out of concern expressed by a parent, the organization no longer allows this. There was no evidence to substantiate the staff were unable to locate a child in care or that bullying was occurring between children. The concerns noted were that attendance documentation showed Staff #2 alone with more than 15 children on five of the 10 days viewed and all of the children were not signed out when they left the program for the day.
