The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on August 10, 2023, regarding concerns about hazardous equipment. This complaint is unsubstantiated because Ms. Wiesner stated clamps were placed on the pack-n-play to hold up a blanket where a hole was in the mesh to avoid any injuries to the child or any further damage. The child using the pack-n-play was over the age of one. Ms. Wiesner acknowledged the pack-n-play was damaged and ordered a new one, and it arrived two days later. Child #1 s new pack-n-play was observed during this visit.
