The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on May 11, 2024, regarding, an unapproved household member, having drugs in the home, and having a household member involved in violence against a person while children were present. An investigation was conducted on May 17, 2024. This complaint is substantiated for an unapproved household member because the provider stated an adult moved into the home, OCCL was not notified, and this adult was never fingerprinted. There is no evidence that the household member was involved in violence against a person while children were in care, nor is there evidence that drugs were brought into the home because the provider denied these allegations
