On June 20, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding concerns of failing to always be respectful when speaking to children and others. An investigation was conducted on June 27, 2025. Based on interviews and review of documents, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint. Documents showed Parent #1 had disenrolled their child from care on his/her custody days and showed Owner #1 responding to Parent #1 s text thanking them for respecting their wishes not to come to their residence outside of child care hours. Owner #1 also shared photos of Child #1 with Parent #1 after the event.
