Complete files are needed for 4 staff members. Staff #1 and staff #2 needs administration of medication certification, Staff #6 needs a complete file. Staff #7 needs an adult abuse check.
In the 4 year-old classroom two unqualified staff members were alone supervising with six children. Ensure supervision and direct observation of children is provided by a qualified staff. (This was corrected when staff combined four 3 year-old children and have that staff join the classroom.)
