On February 3, 2026, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding lack of supervision. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because Provider #1 stated he/she was able to supervise Child #1 as he/she waited at the school bus stop located on the corner of her home and a cross street. Provider #1 stated at no point was Child #1 out of her sight. Provider #1 further stated typically a family friend picks up Child #1, with parental permission, and waits with him/her at the bus stop but was ill on the morning of February 2, 2026, so the Provider supervised him/her from her doorway rather than take all child care children out in the extreme cold and ice.
