An investigation began on February 20, 2024, and concluded on March 8, 2024. This complaint is substantiated for not following the food policy in the parent handbook since Ms. Stanford-Daniels did not have a written policy stating no outside food is allowed in the child care but she enforced a no outside food policy. There is no evidence to substantiate the allegation that Ms. Stanford-Daniels did not meet the needs of Child #1 because Ms. Stanford-Daniels stated Child #1 was encouraged to use the bathroom several times during the day. Additionally, Ms. Stanford-Daniels has a termination policy that states a child can be terminated immediately if a parent disrespectfully speaks to her.
