At the time of the visit, acrylic sealer was observed in an unlocked cabinet, and indoor bleach cleaner was found on a windowsill. Both items were labeled “Keep out of reach of children” and were accessible to children. Correction: Immediately ensure that all items labeled "Keep out of reach of children" are stored in areas inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of the visit: The Director moved the bleach cleaner and secured the cabinet, making the items inaccessible to children. Correct by 07/31/2025
