All hazardous items and materials must be inaccessible to children including, but not limited to, office supplies, matches, plastic bags, cleaning and laundry materials, perfumes, curling irons, adult sharp scissors and knives, cosmetics, shaving lotions, hair products, poisonous plants, and all items labeled by manufacturer as “keep out of reach of children.”
In the main bathroom there was Clorox Wipes and Fabreze air fresh spray. Both items were labeled "keep out of reach" and were on the counter accessible to children. Correction: Ensure that items labeled "Keep out of reach" are inaccessible at all times. Correct immediately. ** Corrected at time of visit by putting both items on a high shelf and making inaccessible. No response required. Correct by 01/21/2026
