Licensee will submit a written statement explaining how staff are trained on personal rights for children in care, and what steps the CCC is taking to ensure this violation is not repeated. Based on interviews and records review: S1 handled and spoke to C1 in rough/inappropriate manner. Additionally S1 spoke to C2 in an inappropriate manner. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
